Introduction and accepting of ToS
Section titled “Introduction and accepting of ToS”By inviting the Discord App Khaxy#1296 (Unique user ID 1007246359696515125 hereby referred as “app” or “bot”) to your guild (“server”) and using it
you automatically agree to our Terms of Service below. By accepting Khaxy (“we”, “our”, “us”) Terms of Service (“ToS”) you agree that you’ve agreed to
Discord ToS and meet every requirement mentioned there. You (“you”, “your”) also agree that you’ve read or
Privacy Policy and agreed to it.
Rights to use our service
Section titled “Rights to use our service”You have the right to use our service as long as you don’t use it any way that would break Discord ToS or the rules of the guild (“server”) you are in. We reserve the right to permanently block your from our services, deny support and/or services or report you to discord.
We are not responsible for content generated via our bot by users that is violating Discords ToS in any way.
Intended Age
Section titled “Intended Age”Individuals of minimal age required to use Discord, as described in their Terms of Service may use the bot and its features.
None of the futures are not and shouldn’t be “age-gated” (Also known as “NSFW”). You agree that you will be using the app SFW. Breaching of this will result in the removal of the app (“bot”) removed from the guild (“server”).
Affiliation
Section titled “Affiliation”The Bot is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or any of its Trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim to have the copyright ownership of Discord’s assets, trademarks or other intellectual property.
Liability
Section titled “Liability”The owner of the bot has faith in a users honesty and that the bot may only be used for its intended purpose and not in malicious ways against others or Discord Inc.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and policy at our own discretion, giving a 1 Week (7 days) period to opt out of the changed Terms and policy. You may opt out of these terms and policy by removing the bot from any server you have permission for and not using its features.
